Our guest is Pamela Goetz, who supports cancer patients and caregivers at Sibley and Suburban Hospitals through integrative health and educational programming. Pam will discuss putting yourself first in navigating the healthcare system, including cancer screening guidelines, self-finding reliable information, accessing services, and self-advocacy (so important!)  to improve your health outcomes and quality of life.
