Explore this topic and more with Mezey, who is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at DePaul University in Chicago. He has published extensively in the areas of American politics, legislative politics, and comparative legislative behavior. In recent years, Mezey coedited Legislative Decline in the 21st Century (New York: Routledge, 2020).
