Notable author and professor Michael Mezey describes our current political environment as charactered by extreme partisan polarization, election denialism, and ongoing culture wars. Is this environment calling into question the stability of the American Constitutional system? Explore this topic and more with Mezey, who is Professor Emeritus of Political Science at DePaul University in Chicago. He has published extensively in the areas of American politics, legislative politics, and comparative legislative behavior. In recent years, Mezey coedited Legislative Decline in the 21st Century (New York: Routledge, 2020).
