We are living in a time that often feels confusing and stressful. Incorporating meditation into our lives can be a change that can make a big difference. Join MCPL and long time meditator Dr. Frank Pawlowski as he teaches a simple meditation technique to increase personal well-being. There will even be a short meditation practice.

Frank Pawlowski, Ed.D. is an Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance now retired from a New York public School District. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of School Administration in the Graduate School of Education at Iona College. He has practiced meditation since 1972. Since 2004 he has been giving workshops on the benefits of meditation
