We are living in a time that often feels confusing and stressful. Incorporating meditation into our lives can be a change that can make a big difference. Join MCPL and long time meditator Dr. Frank Pawlowski as he teaches a simple meditation technique to increase personal well-being. There will even be a short meditation practice.<br /><br />Frank Pawlowski, Ed.D. is an Assistant Superintendent of Business and Finance now retired from a New York public School District. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of School Administration in the Graduate School of Education at Iona College. He has practiced meditation since 1972.
