Margo Taft Stever and Dane Cervine will be reading from their poetry at Words out Loud, a free monthly first Friday spoken word series ordinarily held at Glen Echo Park but presented these days via Zoom.  Includes literary trivia quiz and open mic.

Margo Taft Stever’s most recent collections are Cracked Piano (CavanKerry Press, 2019) and Ghost Moose (Kattywompus Press, 2019). She is founder of the Hudson Valley Writers Center and founding and current co-editor of Slapering Hol Press. As Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Bioethics Department of the School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University, she teaches a course on poetry and bioethics. Dane Cervine’s forthcoming book, The World Is God’s Language, will be published by Sixteen Rivers Press in 2021. Recent books include Earth Is a Fickle Dancer (Main Street Rag) and The Gateless Gate Polishing the Moon Sword (Saddle Road Press).
