About this event

Since "Achieving a Good Death" was published 16 months ago by Bloomsbury Publishing, Chris Palmer has given scores of talks and heard countless personal stories, each one deepening and reshaping his understanding of what it means to die well. In this new and updated program, Chris shares the most important insights he has gained since the book’s release, including developments and questions that did not make it into print. Topics include dementia, the Swiss option, VSED, green burial choices, and the evolving role of organizations such as Final Exit Network. Thoughtful, practical, and interactive, this talk offers fresh perspectives for anyone thinking seriously about aging, choice, and end-of-life planning.

The book is available at Wonderland Books and everywhere books are sold. All proceeds from book sales fund student scholarships at AU, where Chris taught for 14 years.

Join us at Starr and Fred Ezra's home on Fairfax Rd for this talk. Space is limited and RSVP required.
