About this event

join Bradley Hills Village for our Annual Village Forum featuring Mike Tidwell, award-winning author, nationally recognized climate activist, and Executive Director of the Chesapeake Climate Action Network. Described by Congressman Jamie Raskin as “one of our leading national activists,” Mike will share reflections from his newly published 2025 book, The Lost Trees of Willow Avenue: A Story of Climate and Hope on One American Street, which explores how climate change has shaped his own neighborhood in Takoma Park.

This event marks the beginning of Bradley Hills Village’s second decade and reflects our long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship and community well-being. Copies of Mike’s book will be available for purchase and signing at the event.

The Annual Village Forum also includes the introduction of newly elected BHV board members and officers, highlights from our 2025 Annual Report, and time to reconnect with neighbors over light refreshments. Free.
