About this event
Wine, Women, & Dementia is a documentary that explores the lives of family caregivers for people with dementia: The Story, the film follows filmmaker Kitty Norton and her best friend Beth Rigazio on a cross-country RV trip to meet other family caregivers. Norton aims to understand the caregiving experience and highlight the support caregivers provide to each other. The themes, the film explores the emotional, physical, and financial toll that caregivers face every day. It also highlights how caregivers can build community, find strength, and learn to celebrate life.
