About this event

Members, volunteers, and friends and neighbors, join us for drinks and socializing followed by author Paul Taylor talking about his forthcoming book, "This is Getting Old: A Baby Boomer at Dusk," at the Battery Park Clubhouse. RSVP required.

Paul Taylor helped create and for a dozen years served as executive vice-president of the Pew Research Center, where he oversaw demographic, social, and generational research. He is the author of "The Next America: Boomers, Millennials, and the Looming Generational Showdown," "See How They Run" and coauthor of "The Old News Versus the New News," and many pieces on generational demographic trends. He is a former reporter with the Washington Post, where he covered presidential politics and served as a foreign correspondent. He and his wife are longtime residents of Bethesda.
