Senior Planet&#39;s Silicon Valley Speakers Series - Roman Dumiak will provide us with a forward looking view on Cybersecurity products and practices.&#160;<br /><br />As the Executive-in-Residence for Industry at the DePaul University Innovation Development Laboratory (iD Lab) and Adjunct Faculty at DePaul University, Roman Dumiak acts as the liaison between the DePaul faculty and corporate enterprises that are currently engaged with DePaul’s iD Lab. He works to bridge the gap between the business and academic communities around innovation. Roman Dumiak has recently retired from his position as Director in the Technology Innovation group for the Allstate Insurance Company. His focus included building out, directing and facilitating efforts utilizing innovative software and hardware solutions from the ideation phase through implementation as part of Allstate Technology and Strategic Ventures (ATSV). Prior to working on digital innovation and corporate transformation efforts, Roman was an Allstate Chief Architect with responsibilities for enterprise-wide governance, support for enterprise frameworks and integration architecture.&#160;&#160;<br /><br />Mr. Dumiak has a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a Masters in Telecommunications.&#160;<br /><br />https://seniorplanet.zoom.us/j/88589209796
