Landscape designer Julie Friedman will talk with us about the basics of container garden design - how to create them, scale them to the space, select the best container and plant material and care for them - and about the benefits of container gardening in smaller spaces. How do we blend indoors with outdoors to create a seamless and peaceful transition from balcony or patio to indoor furnishings? She will include demonstrations and time for questions.
