Astaire and Rogers created great chemistry as they starred in ten classic musicals during the Depression Era, not only taking their audiences away from the misery of that time, but also dancing their way into viewers’ hearts. Clips from such films as “Top Hat,” “Swing Time,” and “The Barkleys of Broadway” provide a lively exploration of the legendary musical partnership that gave us many magical moments in film history.
