Staff & Board

BMAV is fortunate to have a dedicated board and talented staff, who work together to meet the needs of our members. BMAV’s governing board consists entirely of volunteer members. We are grateful for their support!

Executive Director

Elizabeth Haile has served as BMAV’s Executive Director since 2017. An attorney, she is the administrative linchpin of the organization, acting as its public face and managing its activities and finances.

She has focused on building connections in the community and between area villages. She serves on the board of the Washington Area Villages Exchange and other community boards.

Board of Directors

BMAV's board serves many critical functions. It determines the long-term strategic direction of the organization and monitors finances, membership, programs, communications, and service needs. The board meets monthly, except during summer months. Each board member serves a term of 2-3 years.
