May Kesler will continue her virtual fitness classes in this series of 4 weekly classes for BMAV members only.

Depending on interest, we will plan for future series as well.

Using methods from physical therapy and somatic (mind-body) movement therapies, as well as her 60 years as a dancer, May Kesler MTh, PT, will guide you through sitting and standing exercise to improve balance, stability and flexibility. For all levels who can safely sit in a chair without arms. Exercise will be adapted for those who need to stay sitting.

Classes will cover physiology of balance, practice of safer ways to walk on ice or go "off balance," as well as ergonomics for sitting at the computer and how to move while in an online world.
